What is really nice about all our group I think of you all as family  its a friendly happy atmosphere in where everyone works together and helps each other encouraging growth in everyone of us  Its a pleasure to be in their company.

 Private lessons can be arranged if people want to but train but find it difficult due to work, from one day courses for individuals, groups and companys to six week courses.

we are now members of the British Combat association, Tony is now a registered self protection instructor with these. Formed by geoff Thompson and Peter Consterdine in 1993 Geoff Thompson 7th dan and Peter consterdine 9th dan. both teach self protection reallity training. Checkout www.britishcombatassociation.com We have four classes a week running now the combat kyokushin sps, mma, 15 and above wednesday, thursdays ladies only kickboxing, friday class is kickboxing and mma, saturday morning is the childrens class times on next page. Each class following a comprehensive syllabus from beginner to Black belt.
